Mark Alexander - Keys

Pianist/Keyboardist Mark Alexander has recorded and toured with a diverse range of artists including Meat Loaf, Joe Cocker, Enrique Iglesias, Tom Jones, The E Street Band, Al Green, Nona Hendryx, Luciano Pavorotti, Darlene Love, Little Steven. His work can been heard in feature films ("The Bodyguard", "Home Alone") and commercials("Miller", "Dominoes", "Pizza Hut"". He work's out of his home studio in NYC, with Logic Pro 7, Reason, Absynth and other soft synths, including all of Logic's highly acclaimed virtual synths.

Some of his more memorable performances include a series of concerts at Wembley Stadium, Shea Stadium and Dodger Stadium as pianist for Curtis Stigers, performing with Eric Clapton, and Elton John, as well as playing piano for Luciano Pavorotti in Modena in 1996 for his "Children of Bosnia" benefit (available on CD and DVD)

In 1995 he worked with legendary producer George Martin at Abbey Road Studios in London, performing with Meat Loaf for jazz harmonica player Larry Adler's "Glory of Gershwin" tribute CD. In addition to studying with jazz greats Darius Brubeck and John Meheegan, Mark studied classical piano at Syracuse University where he graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Music Degree.
